The Yamaha PSR E 463 has 61 full size (about 160mm octave width) organ style synth action keys with 4 layers of touch sensitivity. (Weighted pianos's octave width is 165mm.)

The keys are light-weighted, fitting most keyboard players in Nairobi. Those used to weighted keys, there is a helpful switch setting to change the touch sensitivity to “hard”, therefore making the transition easy.

Since the keys are full sized, someone used to a piano will be able to adapt to the spacing pretty quickly.
